There aren’t any reasons for the most or least liked I’m just doing it right now based on which ones I remember the most actually there are some titles that don’t mean anything to me and I have to go to IMDB x)
I didn’t like the first so I was very surprised with this one! Great story, great scary moments, great creepy shots like this one!
In my opinion this wasn’t one of the greatest moments for Johnny Depp but the movie had really funny moments.
I really loved these movies! I wish there were more! Really great moments, funny lines, great actors, and beautiful imagens of India! I became a fan.
When I first started watching this movie I shut it off the first 10 minutes. It’s very strange but you get used to it and it’s really a great story with a very big critic and everyone should watch it.
I think a lot of people don’t like this movie and I wasn’t expecting much but I really liked it, it’s very different and it messes with your head, it’s really good and original.
It’s not a very original story and you can make up what’s happening almost at first but I really loved the mistery around the girl and loved her style and maybe that’s mostly why I love the movie so much.
The writers will relate to this movie and understand it 🙂 because when you’re a writer you get so evolved with your story that sometimes you can’t get out of it and confuse what’s real and what’s not.
So I hope you like it and that you comment please 🙂
I decided to talk about the 2016 movies I’ve seen so far.
– The Revenant (Leoooo)
– Secret in their eyes (Juliaaaaa)
– The Forest
Note: Only The Forest was actually released in 2016 but I consider the others too ‘cause they were only available to me in January.
All of them great haha I was thinking about talking about I loved the most and the least about them but I think I pretty much liked them all…maybe the one I liked the least was The Forest (they in watched order) I watched it last night and I was loving the forest idea and history and ambience but then it’s like ended too fast?..I don’t know, I was expecting more and I love Natalie Dormer!! she’s so beautiful and I fel in love with her when I saw her in GOT and the in Elementary *__* and she was great in this movie too but I think it could have been much better.
I have seen bad critics about Intruders and Dementia, maybe because they’re different? Intruders was the first 2016 movie I saw and I liked the actress, I didn’t know her but she reminded a loto f Kate Hudson I even went looking if they had and relation O.O I was expecting a twist and I liked the story, a fragile woman kicking all those asses!!! Haha and I agree that the end wasn’t great for the story…It ended with no end?…something like that that didn’t satisfy the viewers.
About Dementia…I really liked the ending!! I don’t why there are so many bad critics! Maybe because there wasn’t a happy ending everyone is expecting from American movies? Well, I’m always hoping for a tragedy ending and this one was very close so I liked it, maybe it wasn’t a suprising story but it did it for me.
Well, The Revenant and Secret in their eyes are just perfect for me :p Leonardo DiCaprio and Julia Roberts are two of my favorite actors and their movies are great :p but really, no one can say that Leo wasn’t perfect doing his job…and the bear fight scene is fantastic, really well done and believable. And Julia Roberts was perfect in her character on Secret in their eyes I even forgot it was her, she really is a great actress and the movie is really great too, it’s a remake and I saw the original one which is great and I loved it and this one is a remake but the story is not the same, in my perspective is very different.
Movies about a mental struggle? But not in an evident way? oh yeah, totally my thing.
Maybe because I’ve been living my personal kind of movie…
I always loved ballet, not watching or practising. I love the art. You have to really know how to express yourself while dancing to make a great ballet dance. But I love dancing I it’s my favourite sport (is it considered a sport?), and an art I admire.
This movie features everything to make me love it with all my HEART.
And very few people understand it. It’s difficult for people who haven’t felt a depression to understand it. And I have to say I related to it in a way that I can’t explain.
If you know what a depression is you will love it. It’s a fantastic way to explain it, because depression is real, is there and only we can see it.
I can say it’s a psychological horror. Ernessa being that voice inside our head. But in this case a very beautiful and sensual voice :p
Yup, it’s my type of movie. Weird, sexy, gothic, misterious, psychological. It fits right in my favorite kind of mood. It inspires me to love what I want to love.
I just want to be myself and not have to worry about anything else. Wear my piercing, my clothes. Being WEIRD. Being INSANE. wear CORSETS and chokers and feel ALIVE!! in my own way. Sometimes I appear like a statue person but I’m feeling so much inside that I feel so high…so out of here, so HERE.
The story doesn’t resemble my life or anything but I knew what the character was going through. Some people say the story was rushed and that it could be better…if it was any better I would be completely obssessed with O.o
I love witches and I decided to gather a few of them, the ones that made part of my fantasy for all these years.
I always get stars on my eyes when there’s a new movie or witches series. But I’ve been a little unlucky because the series are always getting cancelled and I’m still waiting for a new witches series….
When I was young I really wanted to be a witch and I made spells and stuff like with two friends 🙂 I even wrote a story :p
Here’s my list:
Witches of Eastend (2013-2014)
Witches of Eastwick (1987)
Practical Magic (1998)
Bewitched TV series (1964-1972)
Sabrina, the teenage witch (1996-2003)
The Secret Circle (2011) If you think I should add anything else, let me know 🙂
I made a top 10 so you wouldn’t have a long post, maybe I’ll do another one later with other 10 horror movies.
It’s rated from 0 to 10.
1- The Conjuring : 10
2- Long time dead : 10
3- American psycho : 10
4- The strangers : 10
5- El Orfanato : 10
6- Julia’s eyes : 9
7- The Ward : 9
8- The Ruins : 9
9- Shutter : 9
10- Rise : 4
The ones rated 10 are the ones that I don’t care about the plot holes and stuff. I loved the story and I saw it at the edge of my seat for me that’s a deserved 10. The ones rated 9, I liked the story but there are some “ifs”… rated 4, you know what I mean, just awful story and just waiting for it to end.
Do you agree?
If you think that the post needs more information about the movies, let me know.
I always was into movies. I perfectly remember to sneek to the movie room at the school library to see the movies my mother wouldn’t let me and years later asking to my friends and family if they had movies they could lend me and then waking up early to see a movie before school…. Old times.
My favourite genre is horror. But it has to have a great deal of mistery. Specially the ones with children or ghosts or unexplicable entities or events.
I love to feel the intensity of these movies and I’m always looking for the next one great horror movie because there so few of those ones! The last one that I cried because of the good it was, was “The conjuring” it has passed so much time after a movie had me scared of my shadow.
I need to feel this intenstiy so I can feel again. I love to experience emotions at a high level so I can concentrate and express them on paper and see life through another pair of eyes.
A short list of my top movies:
– The conjuring
– El orfanato
– The impossible
– A walk to remember
Let me know in your coments what’s your favourite genre 🙂
